About Me
My name is Peggy Flaxman, I founded Slice Tech Solutions in 2017. I am a problem solver by nature, and enjoy helping others understand and enjoy technology. As a trained Systems Engineer (B.S. University of Virginia) I have held a variety of positions in the IT field, including:
- MacOS, iOS, WatchOS and tvOS support at Apple Genius Bar

My name is Peggy Flaxman, I founded Slice Tech Solutions in 2017. I am a problem solver by nature, and enjoy helping others understand and enjoy technology. As a trained Systems Engineer (B.S. University of Virginia) I have held a variety of positions in the IT field, including:

- Triage and repair of hardware including iPhone and Macintosh systems
- Customer needs assessment and problem solving across all Apple product platforms
- Help Desk/Call Center management, end-user support for a variety of commercial software and hardware, including Windows and Mac OS, Office 365, VoIP and networking components
- Training(classroom and one-on-one) for commercial products and customer specific systems.
- Graphic User Interface (GUI) design for shipboard systems using Java and JavaScript
